The booking form includes options for wheelchair-accessible vehicles, assistance dogs, reduced mobility, hearing/visual assistance, child-seat requests and other information. Give enough information for an eligible operator to assess the request.
Operator responsibilities
Operators must comply with the licence conditions and legal accessibility duties that apply to them and their vehicle. Ask4Ride may record relevant vehicle capability data as part of operator compliance.
Digital accessibility
Ask4Ride aims to support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, clear labels, responsive layouts and assistive technology. If a part of the service is difficult to use, contact support with the device/browser and the task you were trying to complete.
